When you contact us or register a player, we collect the details you provide — such as names, ages, and parent/guardian contact information — so we can run our rugby and netball programmes safely.
How we use it
We use your information to manage membership, organise training, fixtures and festivals, and to keep families informed. Membership and registration are handled through our club-management system; please refer to its provider’s privacy terms for details of processing there.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share information where necessary to run the club (for example with leagues or festival organisers) or where required by law.
